Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the HookScreener service (the "Service"), provided via the Telegram bot @hookscreener_bot. By starting to use the Service and accepting the terms in the bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

HookScreener is an informational service that monitors activity on cryptocurrency exchanges in real time (order book walls, sharp price moves, trading-algorithm activity), sends corresponding signals to a private Telegram group for members, and provides a web terminal for viewing exchange order books.

The terminal additionally lets you connect your own exchange API key and send orders to your own account. That feature is described in section 5 and in a separate Risk disclosure.

2. Access

Access to the Service requires an account on the site. The terminal on the site and personal alerts in the Telegram bot (up to 20 a day) are free. The Pro plan is paid (or a trial) and lifts the limits; prices and terms are on the Plan page. The current terms are always available on this page.

3. Group access

Since October 20, 2026 the Telegram signals group is available only with an active Pro (paid or trial) and only to the Telegram account connected to the site account. Entry is by a personal link; when Pro ends, the member is removed from the group and can come back by turning Pro on again. Passing the link to third parties is prohibited.

5. Trading through the terminal

If you connect an exchange API key, you are acting on your own account. We provide a software interface only: we are not a broker, dealer or investment adviser, we do not accept or hold your funds, we do not execute orders, and we are not a party to your trades — each trade is concluded directly between you and the exchange.

The key is encrypted in your browser and never sent to our servers. We are therefore technically unable to cancel, amend or reimburse an order once sent. The feature is provided "as is", without warranty of availability or freedom from defects; responsibility for your decisions, for your own mistakes and for the permissions you grant the key remains yours.

The risks and limitations are set out in full in the Risk disclosure, which forms an integral part of these Terms for users of that feature. By connecting an exchange you confirm that you agree to it.

6. Termination of access

We reserve the right to stop providing the service in the event of a breach of these Terms, including any attempt to transfer access to third parties or misuse of the Service. We may also suspend or restrict the trading feature at any time — entirely, or for particular users, exchanges or instruments.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at hookscreener.com/terms.
